 HOW TO CANCEL AND MODIFY ORDER

1. To cancel/modify an order, simply send your request to admin@foodie-delivery.ph with:

 
·         Your Corporate Order Number
·         The Details of Your Request 
·         Attach the Emailed Order Confirmation

2.     Use the email template below when cancelling or modifying your order:

All approved orders/requests can only be cancelled / modified within the following cancellation/modification lead-times:

CUT-OFF (ON OR BEFORE 12 NOON)

PHP 500-9,999

24 Hours prior to "need-by" date*

PHP 10,000 -24,999

2 Days prior to "need-by" date

PHP 25,000-49,999

3 Days prior to "need by" date

PHP 50,000-99,999

4 Days prior to "need by" date

PHP 100,000-Above

5 Days prior to "need by" date

*”Need-by” date is the actual required delivery date and time.

 

3.     Once the email request for cancellation/modification has been submitted, the Service Provider will send an email confirmation to the Requester to acknowledge receipt of request.

4. The Service Provider will send the request for cancellation/modification to the Food Vendor.

5. Once Food Vendor confirms the request, a confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm the approval (or disapproval) of the request. 


Delivery Cancellation / Order Modification Policy 
All approved orders/requests can only be cancelled/modified within the following cancellation/modification lead-times:

*”Need-by” date is the actual required delivery date and time.

Accenture shall not be charged of the order value if cancellation/modification is made prior to the cancellation/modification deadline. However, if cancellation/modification is made after the agreed cut-off period, the original order shall be considered final and ""sold"", and Accenture shall pay the full order value amount accordingly. Likewise, Service Provider shall deliver the order based on the agreed time and place. 

If the modification involves adding items to the order, and such modification is communicated to the Service Provider beyond the agreed upon cut-off time, the modification will be denied by the Service Provider, and Accenture, at its discretion, may just raise a new order request for these additional items.

Accenture may request that the order be delivered to another authorized venue 24 hours prior to the “need-by” date and time. Standard delivery charges will apply. In the event that Service Provider is unable to deliver to the modified venue, the order shall be processed and delivered to the original venue assignment. Inability of Service Provider to deliver to the new venue does not release Accenture from obligation to pay the order/request.
