What are your order taking and delivery hours?
We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year via sharepoint. Orders that are to be charged to Accenture shall be processed during regular working days only. The final delivery date and time is subject to the operating hours of the Food Vendor.

How long does a delivery order take to arrive?
Delivery time varies depending on your distance from the Food Vendor, the kind of food you order, and the quantity of your order.

Different lead times are provided based on the amount of the order. Please refer to the cut-off times below:
- Requester cut-off time: 12:00NN (Working Days)
- Approver cut-off time: 5:00PM (Working Days)

Can I order from multiple Food Vendors?
Yes, you can order from multiple Food Vendors and establishments using the Multiple Order template which you can access through the AEE Workplace Food SharePoint site
What is the delivery/service charge per order?
For delivery orders, there is a standard 10% delivery charge. On-Site Catering services require a standard 10% service charge.
How do I see the discount rate?
In the payment page, you will be required to enter the code ACN21 to apply the discount on your order. The discount will reflect in the ordering cart and in the total amount.
What are my Payment Options?
We only accept corporate orders to be charged to your project’s WBSe.
