Process for Request for Quote

 

 

 

1. Once we receive your quote, we will look through our roster of food vendors and select the top three.

 

2. We will coordinate with the food vendor on their quotes and send to you the quotes from each one.

 

3. You are to contact the food vendor after we provide you the quotations to discuss specifics with the caterer.

 

4. Once you have decided who to choose, please let us know via email so that we can coordinate with the food vendor.

 

5. The confirmed order will be emailed to you and we will seek approval and verification thereafter.

 

 

 

 

 

Food Tasting Guidelines

 

 

 

1. Order Status: Order must have been approved, verified and confirmed.

 

 

2. Order Value: Order value is a minimum of P20,000.00

 

 

3. Food Tasting Persons: For every P20,000.00, one (1) food taster is allowed.

 

 

4. Advance Notice: 5 days prior to actual event.

 

 

 

5. Food Tasting Schedule: Subject to final approval by food vendor.

 

 

6. Venue of Food Tasting: Food tasting is at the restaurant venue by default. On-site (Accenture Building) food tasting may be arranged with either food delivery or caterer for a minimum order value of P40,000.00 only.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Catering Guidelines

 

 

 

Please observe the following lead-times when placing a Request for Quote.

 

Buffet or Plated Event

Cut-off for placing order: Workday only

4 Days prior to "need-by" date

 

P50,000 to P99,999

5 Days prior to "need-by" date

 

P100,000 and Above

6 Days prior to "need-by" date

 

Booth (On-site Preparation) Ex. Coffee and sandwich prepared during Family Day, I-refer, etc.

P50,000 to P99,999

5 Days prior to "need-by" date

Cancellation / Order Modification Policy

 

   All approved orders/requests can only be cancelled/modified within the following cancellation/modification lead-times:

 

P20,000 to P49,999

4 Days prior to "need by" date  (5PM Cut-off)

 

P50,000 to P99,999

5 Days prior to "need by" date (5PM Cut-off)

 

P100,000 and Above

6 Days prior to "need by" date (5PM Cut-off)

 

      Accenture shall not be charged of the order value if cancellation/modification is made prior to the cancellation/modification deadline. However, if cancellation/modification is made after the agreed cut-off period, the original order shall be considered final and "sold", and Accenture shall pay the full order value amount accordingly. Likewise, Service Provider, by close coordination with its affiliate Food Vendor, shall prepare the order for setup at the designated event catering site.

If the modification involves adding items to the order, and such modification is communicated to the Service Provider beyond the agreed upon cut-off time, the modification will be denied by the Service Provider, and Accenture, at its discretion, may just raise a new order request for these additional items.

 

      In the event that Accenture cancels/modifies the order after the cancellation/modification deadline, Accenture shall abide by the cancellation/modification policy of the Food Vendor which shall be provided to Accenture upon confirmation of the order. In the absence of a documented Food Vendor cancellation/modification policy, the following cancellation/modification fee matrix will apply:

      All cancellations/modification are required to be sent via official email on or before the cancellation/modification cutoff time.

 

      Accenture shall not be charged if cancellation/modification is made prior to the cancellation/modification deadline. However, if cancellation/modification is made after the agreed cut-off period, the order is considered as sold and Accenture shall pay the full order value amount.

 

 

 

 

 

Abandoned Event Catering Policy

 

      All confirmed EVENT CATERING orders that Accenture abandons are considered as sold and charged in the regular corporate billing period.

 

      Any change in venue is subject to the confirmation of the Food Vendor. In the event that Food Vendor is unable to accommodate the change in venue, the cancellation/modification policy of the Food Vendor shall apply.

 

      In the event that the order is abandoned, the Food Vendor's caterer will remain in Event Catering event location for the agreed upon duration. Should there be no notice from the Accenture, the caterer will dispose of the food at the end of the alloted time.

 

      Neither the Service Provider nor the Food Vendor guarantee the freshness of the food if the food is consumed after the agreed upon catering time.
